呢個飯第一次試整,但原來淨買材料都已經很貴,所以當中有D取而代之的
但出來效果又OK WO, 價錢比原本的食材平近倍;大家可以參考下~

Ingredient and Portion
泰國米 1杯(因意大利米太貴,用了泰國米亦可做到效果)
雞肉 5條
洋蔥 1個
芝士 2片
雞湯 1盒
Seasoning
油 少許
雞粉 少許
香草 少許
Method
1.預早1小時前先醃雞肉,燒紅鑊落油,炒香雞肉至半熟,撈起備用
2.米先要先洗淨,隔水備用
3.燒紅鑊落油,炒香洋蔥至金黃,加入米炒2分鐘,期間要不停炒動以防黏底
4.一邊炒一邊逐少加入上湯,煮約15分鐘,可加入香草,芝士攪勻,加入雞肉一齊煮約5-10分鐘,上碟
Tips
1.煮飯期間要留意水份,不時加適量的上湯,保持濕潤
2.可用電飯煲做,減少黏底的機會

Rylie 想請問係咪就咁將D生米洗乾淨之後就放入去個鍋度炒阿? 因為D 義大利米係專整risotto 所以可能比較容易冧, 但係就有D 擔心泰國米要搞好耐,thanks!
