第一次就成功!!震震震…好好好味呀!
改良版:冰糖代替沙糖,一樣掂!

Ingredient and Portion
魚膠粉 25g
熱水 200ml
椰漿 500ml
牛奶 230ml
冰糖 60g
Method
1. 首先200ml水煲滾。
2. 用100ml熱水煲溶冰糖。
3. 另180ml熱水用碗溝溶魚膠粉成為水備用。(—定要完全溶哂呀)
4. 見已加糖的水溶完後可直接加入椰漿及牛奶攪勻。
5. 最後將魚膠水加入攪勻。
6. 待涼後盛起入雪柜。
Tips
牛奶/椰漿比例唔需要跟足,可隨自己喜愛加減比例。
我唔飲奶所以放少啲!
因應自己喜歡隨意加減^^
