1. skin taro and thickly shred. Soak dried shrimps.Dice preserved sausages and meat.Dice spring onion and mince shallots.
2. Saute shallots with 4 tbsp oil.Add in dried shrimps,preserved sausages and meat,seasonings and 1 cup of water.Stir well.
3. Add in shredded taro.Mix rice flour with 1 cup of water and pour over taro. Stir well .
4. Brush deep glass baking dish with some oil and pour in all ingredients. Press. Sprinkle with diced spring onion.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at HIGH for 6 minutes.
