一層奶凍一層芒果布丁再加上新鮮芒果肉, 係夏日最滋味既甜品

Ingredient and Portion
第1層奶凍:
牛奶 200ml
忌廉 100ml
糖 5湯匙
魚膠粉 2茶匙

第2層芒果布丁:
芒果 2個
牛奶 150ml
忌廉 150ml
水 400ml
糖 5湯匙
魚膠粉 2至2.5茶匙

第3層:
芒果 1個
Method
第1層:
1.將牛奶同忌廉放入煲內用慢火煮
2.糖同魚膠粉攪拌待牛奶煮到出白煙就加入內煮到糖溶關火待涼就放入杯內,雪凍!

第二層:
1.將芒果起肉加入牛奶,打成蓉
2.將糖同魚膠粉拌好,水煮起放入糖同魚膠粉直至糖溶就可以關火,待涼再放入芒果奶
3.忌廉打起拌入,再放回奶凍上層

第3層:
1.將芒果起肉切粒
2.放入第2層之上
Tips
1.家中無攪拌器,所以我無將芒果打成蓉,只係隨意攪拌就算
