Ingredient and Portion
麥包 2片
黃芥末 2茶匙
煙火雞肉 2片(每片1安士)
安琪梨 1個
Mozzarella Cheese(意大利白乾酪芝士) 1/4杯
黑椒 少許
Method
1. 將黃芥末平均塗在麥包上。
2. 加入煙火雞肉。
3. 塗上2茶匙Mozzarella Cheese。
4. 放上去皮、去芯並切薄片的安琪梨,加上黑椒少許。
5. 置於焗爐烤至安琪梨微暖及芝士溶化。
6. 將三文治切開上碟即成。
