因為本人好喜愛芝士,所以得閒會自己整呢隻麻糬
Ingredient and Portion
糯米粉 210g
木薯粉 30g
芝士粉(個人喜好,我會落一大包)
牛奶 150g
蛋 一隻
Seasoning
盬 1茶匙
溶牛油 1茶匙
Method
1. 把所有材料加埋,用打蛋器混合(糯米粉同木薯粉用篩一篩先加)
2. 見到無粒粒就整形狀一樣既波波
3. 放入已預熱十分鐘(180°C)既焗爐
4. 焗至金黃色即成
Tips
1. 因為唔知您地整咩size,所以好難講焗幾耐。不過大約7分鐘。
2. 可以既話就反下佢,咁就唔會有邊會燶啲。
