芝士火腿飛碟

本來我不喜歡食芝士火腿三文治,都因為這個食譜而愛上,而且這是一款幾飽肚的下午茶,用煎的方法亦不會太熱氣,切不切麵包皮都可以,一樣好味。
Ingredient and Portion
麵包 2塊
火腿 2至3塊
片裝芝士 2塊
Seasoning
海鹽 適量
Method
1. 將火腿切粗條煎香至啡色,待用。
2. 將火腿和芝士一層一層疊起,用兩片麵包夾好。
3. 燒熱平底鑊,下少許油,將三文治放入,用慢火煎,用碟壓實三文治,將麵包煎至三文治金黃色,反轉另一面同樣煎至金黃色即成。
4. 將芝士火腿飛碟切成三角形即成。
Tips
用碟壓實三文治煎時要用力,此時芝士應該會溶化有少許流出。
