Method
1.將小象拔蚌去衣清洗乾淨.
2.預備一煲水,水滾後放入小象拔蚌煲約3分鐘.
3.將小象拔蚌放入冰水過冷河,盛起切絲備用.
4.青瓜切片放在碗內,把小象拔蚌絲放上,放入雪櫃待5-10分鐘.
5.食用前淋上芝麻醬即可食用.

1.小象拔蚌切絲時,切粗一點口感比較好
