團年飯後飽飽,要拎第二個胃出來食飯後甜品:花花啫喱
今次棄用荔枝味啫喱粉,改用自家製菠蘿味啫喱,更香濃更好味,又多一個選擇
Ingredient and Portion
魚膠粉 30g
糖 400g(按自己喜好加多減小)
水 1L
檸檬酸砂 1茶匙
任何食用香精 1g(任何食用香精 少許,無色)
椰漿 165ml
魚膠粉 8g
各色食用色素 1g(各色食用色素少許)
糖 10g
Method
透明部份。。
1.先將250ml水倒落魚膠粉攪勻,等五分鐘(等魚膠粉吸晒水份)
2.水同糖用火煮溶後收最細火,加入先前浸好魚膠粉煮溶
3.溶晒後熄火,加入檸檬酸砂攪勻(而家可以試味,試下酸甜到是否剛好)
4.最後加埋食用香精攪勻,就可以落模
5.放入雪櫃雪一晚

Tips
調較好椰漿顏色後可用熱水坐住,被免因天氣凍而凝固
