這道菜含豐富的纖維,少油炒更健康。
Ingredient and Portion
薯仔 1個(中等大小)
芹菜 2—3棵
青蔥 1棵
Seasoning
雞粉 適量
生抽 適量
油 適量
Method
1. 將薯仔削皮後切成絲,用清水泡洗一下,去掉表面的澱粉質。
2. 將芹菜折成小段去筋,然後斜着切成約1厘米的小段;將青蔥切成蔥花。
3. 放少許油在鍋中,放入蔥花爆香,將薯仔絲先放入鍋中煸炒約2分鐘,再放入芹菜一起煸炒。
4. 當芹菜炒軟身後,放入少量雞粉和生抽調味,同時可放入少量清水幫助調味料溶化在菜中,待菜入味後即成。
Tips
用同樣方法也可炒青椒薯仔絲,這時可放入少量乾蔥頭絲代替青蔥。
