苦瓜涼、牛肉燥,加埋唔知係咪可以中和番???真係唔知道,但係炎炎夏日食番d清涼的瓜果都真係賞心樂事,而苦瓜就係我夏天的首選,而佢既好拍檔就梗係牛肉啦。

前兩日係超市買左 pack冰鮮牛肉同一條苦瓜黎炒。 嘩!炒熟之後真係不得了… 係好食到不得了….. 8-)
Ingredient and Portion
牛肉 100g
苦瓜 一條(大約7-8吋長)
蒜頭 2粒(拍碎)
Seasoning
牛肉醃料(A)
1.糖 1/2茶匙
2.生抽 1/2茶匙
3.老抽 1/2茶匙

牛肉醃料(B)
1.生粉 少許
2.雞粉(代替鹽) 少許

調味料
蒜頭豆豉醬 少許
Method
1.牛肉切片以醃料(A)醃10分鐘。
2.苦瓜切薄片。
3.待10分鐘後再加入牛肉醃料(B)多醃1-2分鐘。
4.以少許油起鍋,將牛肉及苦瓜分開炒至7成熟。
5.燒紅鍋爆香蒜頭豆豉醬及蒜頭,加入牛肉及苦瓜一同炒至牛肉剛熟即成。
