此湯清熱利尿、降脂減肥,更能化瘀散腫。常飲此湯更能減肥修身,減少腰腹贅肉。
Ingredient and Portion
金華火腿 1両
生薏米 1兩
陳皮 1塊
鮮荷葉 1塊
山楂肉 1兩
Seasoning
幼鹽 適量
Method
1. 金華火腿蒸軟切薄片。
2. 生薏米及陳皮分別用清水浸透,洗淨備用。
3. 鮮荷葉、山楂肉分別用清水洗淨,瀝乾水份。
4. 煲內注入適量清水,猛火煲滾,放入上述材料,改用慢火煲兩小時,以幼鹽調味,即可飲用。
