中西合壁,以荷蘭風味的Duo Penotti 製作香港特色的冰皮月餅,創意十足又不失傳統的風味,以朱古力榛子焦糖或雲呢拿味做餡料,大人小朋友都喜愛!

─── 冰皮材料: ───
預拌粉100g
熱水120g
固體菜油 少許
竹炭粉/ /綠茶粉/Café 99 咖啡粉 適量

綠豆蓉配榛子醬餡料:
Duo Penotti 朱古力榛子醬 80g
綠豆蓉 200g
脆脆粒 適量

傳統豆蓉配榛子醬餡料:
Duo Penotti 朱古力榛子醬 80g
豆蓉 200g
脆脆粒 適量

竹炭咖啡配榛子醬餡料:
Duo Penotti 朱古力榛子醬 80g
Café 99 無糖咖啡粉 5-10g
竹炭黑芝麻豆蓉 200g
脆脆粒 適量
Method
─── 步驟: ───
1. 預拌粉加熱水, 用膠刮攪拌至滑面
2. 加入適量固體菜油, 然後加入竹炭粉/ /綠茶粉/Café 99 咖啡粉上色,
攪拌至光滑
3. 蓋上麵糰皮在室溫靜止10分鐘
4. 麵糰皮分8份, 每份約25g
5. 餡料分8份, 每份約25g
6. 皮壓平, 放入餡, 包好收口, 成圓形
7. 月餅模掃上熟糕粉, 放入已包餡麵糰, 放枱上用力壓模即成
8. 冷藏後食用更佳
