料頭:
蒜頭(切蓉) 6粒
蔥頭(切蓉) 1粒
薑(切粒) 2片
青蔥(切段) 1條
Seasoning
蜂蜜 3湯匙
頭抽 1湯匙
麻油 少許
胡椒粉 少許
紹興酒 少許
Method
1. 到街市豬肉檔買腩排(約HK$30-45),洗淨,備用。
2. 用生抽1湯匙、紹酒1湯匙、糖1茶匙、胡椒粉、生粉1湯匙,把肉排調味。
3. 先把肉排煎至熟透及金黃色,備用。
4. 用少量油把蒜頭、蔥頭、薑爆香。
5. 把肉排回鑊,加少量紹酒,快炒,最後加入頭抽及蜂蜜炒址乾身,再灑上蔥段。
