Ingredient and Portion
(2-3人份量)
豬青肉 1塊
蒜頭 1粒
Seasoning
鹽 適量
醬油膏(台灣出品) 3湯匙
食水 1湯匙
Method
1. 豬青肉洗淨後用少量鹽醃一會,然後蒸15分鐘,備用。
2. 把蒜頭磨茸,再與醬油膏和水一同攪勻即成醬汁。豬青肉放涼後切片便成。
Tips
切豬青肉時要把刀放平片過去,豬肉才會鬆軟好味。
