龍蝦 1隻(約500克)
蒜茸 2湯匙





Seasoning
XO醬 1湯匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
蔥段 少許
水 1湯匙
Method
1.龍蝦開邊起肉。
2.將龍蝦肉、蒜茸及調味料拌勻。
3.將龍蝦肉放回殼上或其他焗爐器皿,放入已預熱攝氏220度/華氏425度的焗爐烤焗15分鐘或至熟,灑上蔥絲。
