常說要多食蔬菜纖維,但單炒一個菜不是很悶嗎?
打開雪櫃,看看有什麼,都把它掉下去炒吧~
會帶給你不同的滋味喲~
Ingredient and Portion
蒜蓉 兩粒
小棠菜 一斤
蘑菇 一罐
紅蘿蔔 少許
Seasoning
鹽 少許
胡椒 少許
Method
1. 先把蔬菜洗好,然後把小棠菜一開為二,紅蘿蔔切成小粒粒,蒜頭切成蓉,待用
2. 燒紅鑊,加少許油,先爆香蒜蓉
3. 聞到蒜蓉的香味或見到它轉成金黃色,就可以把紅蘿蔔,小棠菜及蘑菇依次落鑊炒
4. 炒至小棠菜軟身便可加入調味料,再多炒一會便可
Tips
1. 其實不一定要用這些菜,家中有什麼就用什麼吧!
2. 新鮮的蘑菇比較好食,但今次剛巧沒有,只好用罐奘的
3. 紅蘿蔔可以加添餸菜的顏色美感,又可以多加纖維及紅蘿蔔素,好味又健康
4. 喜歡微辣的話,可以加少少指天椒~
