在家裏吃火鍋的話很多時候會不小心買多了肥牛或者是各種肉片,放冰格太久又會吸了雪櫃味道變霉。可以用剩下的肉片做一下這個蔥爆牛肉配捲餅!

Ingredient and Portion
牛肉片 400g
洋蔥 1個;或大蔥花(斜切) 1杯
甘筍絲 1杯
麵粉 400g
Seasoning
蠔油 3茶匙
醬油 2茶匙
油 1茶匙
鹽 適量
指天椒 適量
Method
1. 在盤裏放麵粉和少量鹽,加上1杯暖水攪拌均匀
2. 攪匀後揉成光滑
3. 切成等份桿平後煎成餅
4. 把牛肉片切成適當大小,加上醬油和油腌5分鐘
5. 燒熱鍋子後下蔥絲,甘筍絲和辣椒爆香,再加牛肉
6. 牛肉半熟後加蠔油炒,最後勾芡即成
Tips
1. 想辣但又接受不到原隻指天椒碎的話,可以把指天椒從底部剪一半,使用連著頂部的上半部
2. 炒完後整隻辣椒拿起就不會太辣但又有指天椒的香味
3. 如果伴有BBQ醬的話更好吃!
