蕃菇煙肉薯蓉焗芝士大蘑菇

Ingredient and Portion
大蘑菇 - 3隻
煙肉 - 3條
蕃茄 - 半個
薯仔 - 2個 (細size)
牛油 - 約3tsp
鹽 - 少許
黑胡椒 - 少許
香草碎- 少許蒜蓉 - 4瓣
片裝芝士 - 2-3片
Method
1) 薯仔洗淨去皮切大塊, 再烚熟, 取出放大碗, 襯仲熱加牛油用叉壓做薯蓉, 備用.
2) 大蘑菇不用過水清洗, 因本身已非常乾淨, 只用廚房紙濕少少水抹淨, 保留菇味!
3) 大蘑菇去莖, 喜歡的話, 可以把莖切粒跟煙肉一起炒香
4) 蒜蓉、蕃茄、煙肉切粒, 熱鑊下少少油, 爆香蒜蓉, 再加煙肉粒、蘑菇粒、蕃茄粒, 中途可加入鹽、黑胡椒、香草碎, 炒至熟透.
5) 將 (4) 加入至薯蓉中, 攪勻, 就可以放到大蘑菇中!
6) 面頭加上芝士、生蒜蓉碎, 少少香草碎
7) 放入光波鑪180c 20mins
Tips
> 大蘑菇內的小扇葉可用鐵匙挖走, 個人覺得這會乾淨點!
> 芝士可改用Mozzarella Cheese, 會更香更拉絲, 但我屋企有片裝就用埋先~
> 可加洋蔥! 因為我自己唔食就無加... ^_^"
