若大家略嫌傳統意大利飯太膩,不妨親自下廚煮這一道蘆筍南瓜意大利燕麥飯,意大利飯混入桂格燕麥飯後高纖又低脂更絕不影響口感,配菜選用南瓜及蘆筍令菜式更健康清新。
Ingredient and Portion
南瓜粒 1杯
迷你蘆筍 1/2杯
粟米粒 3湯匙
橄欖油 3湯匙
洋蔥(切碎) 40克
蒜片 適量
意大利米 160克
桂格燕麥飯 40克
上湯(煮熱) 約1 1/2杯
巴馬芝士 20-30克
Seasoning
香草 適量
鹽、黑胡椒 適量
Method
1. 南瓜切粒,蘆筍切段備用。
2. 燒熱2湯匙油,下洋蔥慢火炒至軟身,加入意大利米及桂格燕麥飯炒勻。
3. 下上湯,每次半杯,邊煮邊拌至吸收。
4. 煮飯時另燒熱1/2湯匙油,爆香蒜片,下南瓜粒及蘆筍炒一會,取出蒜片,連粟米下飯中煮至飯粒外軟而中央仍帶口感。
5. 加入芝士碎、香草、調味拌勻,即可享用。
