帶子 3隻
蘆筍 4條
油 1湯匙
Seasoning
帶子醃料:
砂糖 1/4茶匙
雞粉 1/4茶匙
豉油 1/4茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
鮑魚芡汁:
蠔油 1/2湯匙
砂糖 1茶匙
粟粉 1/4茶匙
凍滾水 2湯匙
Method
1.把帶子加上醃料攪均(30秒)
2.起油鑊,一起煎香帶子和蘆筍,略煎鮑魚,拔起排放碟上。(3分鐘)
3.同一油鑊,倒下獻汁,滾透後,淋於鮑魚面,便完成。(1分鐘)
Tips
1.使用罐頭即食細鮑魚,放便快捷。
2.早一晚解凍雪藏帶子,一開二簿切,會較容易控制把帶子煎香。
