朋友送來三大包本港生產的水耕蔬菜,即採即送。打開一看便知是靚菜。聞說生產過程中完全無泥土,因而無泥味,更乾淨,稍作沖洗已可食用,最適合拿來做沙律。
沙律本是簡單菜式,許多沙律一拌而成,做些沙律醋汁即可,但生性懶惰,沙律汁也是現成買的,用的是RingoWork的蘋果醋,喜其清新怡人,加兩塊多士,再來一罐季節限定的櫻花特別版啤酒。菜爽脆而多汁,醋滋味清新,呷一口新造的氣泡酒,這一頓既圓滿又簡單。不過又話要減肥 ,又飲啤酒,人生總是有些矛盾。
