韓國的小肉餅是用一半牛肉一半豬肉做的,但香港牛肉過分貴,這個食譜就改成只用豬肉,如果想更健康的話更可以用鷄肉!
這個肉餅含有豆腐,肉跟豆腐的比例更是1比1,很高蛋白質!

Ingredient and Portion
豆腐 1磚
免治豬肉 300g (或跟豆腐1比1的分量)
蔥 半杯
韭菜 半杯
鷄蛋 3隻
麵粉 適量
辣椒(可免)
Seasoning
胡椒粉 適量
醬油 1茶匙
鹽 半茶匙
麻油 1茶匙
Method
1. 把豆腐、免治豬肉、蔥及韭菜加入調味料拌匀後分成等份
2. 預備一個大碟,先撒一層麵粉,把每個等份的肉團滾成球狀後放在麵粉上面輕輕壓薄一點,再在肉團上撒上麵粉
3. 鷄蛋打散,把肉團粘滿蛋液後用中火煎熟後即成
