翠玉瓜 1條
雞蛋 1隻(大)/2隻(小)
Seasoning
粟粉 適量
Method
1. 將蛋打散。
2. 翠玉瓜切片至2.5至3.5毫米厚,撲上一層粟粉後蘸蛋液。
3. 煎鑊下少少油,用中火煎至兩面金黃色即成。
Tips
1. 示範用了剩下的半條zucchini,效果和翠玉瓜相若。
2. 翠玉瓜或zucchini本身清甜不用調味也可,如嫌味道不夠可用幼鹽調味,但不要放入蛋液內,因為很易燶,煎好後趁熱灑幼鹽較佳。
3. 封面照是小二女兒的午餐盒,蛋包zucchini在最右手面。
4. 15分鐘的製作時間只是蛋包zucchini,並不包括其他食物。
