生蒜加糖後有的微辣可增進食慾

茄子 10兩
蛋黃 3個
Seasoning
蒜頭 4粒
豉油 4茶匙
糖 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
水 適量
Method
1. 先把蛋黃蒸至全熟,然後壓碎待用
2. 茄子切段
3. 把3粒蒜頭切成蓉,與砂糖一起加入豉油內
4. 把1粒蒜頭切成蓉備用
5. 茄子下油鑊,加水及步驟3的材料,煮熟上碟
6. 把生蒜蓉灑在茄子上
7. 下蛋黃碎到油鑊,下鹽炒勻後舖上茄子上即成
