自己整叉燒,又平又可以就自己口味!
Ingredient and Portion
梅頭肉 1斤
Seasoning
叉燒醬 4湯匙
生抽 3湯匙
玫瑰露 半湯匙
紅糖 2茶匙
海鹽 1/2茶匙
蜜糖 1茶匙
Method
1. 將梅頭肉加入所有調味料醃最少3小時,放入預熱至攝氏180度的焗爐內焗20分鐘,反轉再焗20分鐘。
2. 蜜糖1茶匙加適量清水,取出焗好之叉燒,掃上蜜糖水後斬件即成。
