超級市場急凍蝦仁7-8隻($24.6一盒約18隻)
雞旦2隻
方包/漢堡包/公仔麵
Method
1.如剛從冰箱取出蝦仁, 可用熱水浸一浸解凍, 更快熟.
2.煎前要榨乾蝦仁水份, 否則會出水, 便煎不到雞旦.
3.蝦仁會很快熟, 煎至金黃色便可落雞旦, 雞旦熟後便可上碟, 全程約五分鐘.
4.伴以漢堡包/公仔麵
Tips
用新鮮蝦當然好過急凍蝦仁, 但急凍蝦仁勝在爽脆, 可保存而肉質不會霉爛. 新鮮蝦需即買即食, 如雪藏即使兩天會肉質變霉和有腥味, 浸鹽水沒有用的
