新鮮蝦仁 7-8隻
免治豬肉 少量
蛋 2隻
鹽 少量
油 少量
Method
1. 蝦仁除殼取出蝦腸,如果蝦仁是大的,可以一分為二後備用
2. 免治豬肉琢碎,加少量鹽調味
3. 雞蛋打至均勻,加極少量油入蛋內拌勻
4. 鑊燒至略紅後落油
5. 豬肉及蝦仁下鑊炒至九成熟
6. 炒好的豬肉和蝦加在蛋漿內
7. 洗好剛才用的鍋
8. 把混合豬肉和蝦仁的蛋漿下鍋
9. 把蛋煎熟便成

蛋與豬肉及蝦仁的分量為1:1。
