冷飯 2碗半
蛋白 4隻
巨大帶子 2隻
Seasoning
蟹皇醬 半樽 (約0.5安士)
鹽 1茶匙
Method
1. 先把帶子置於室溫下解凍
2. 放1/2茶匙鹽到蛋白中拌勻
3. 燒熱油鑊,放1/2茶匙鹽,把帶子略煎後上碟備用
4. 原鑊下蛋白及冷飯炒勻,再加入帶子
5. 帶子用鑊剷分開成約拇指大小的粒狀
6. 炒至所有材料至剛熟後,關火放半樽蟹皇醬炒勻
7. 完成
