西柚味甜品甚少見,而且製法簡單,以芝士忌廉為主,沒有餅底。
Ingredient and Portion
忌廉芝士250g (室溫攤軟)
糖50g
Whipping Cream 125ml
西柚1個
魚膠粉1 tsp
Method
1.西柚磨皮,搾汁,待用;
2.忌廉芝士,混合糖及西柚皮,打勻;
3.西柚汁隔水座熱,將魚膠粉融化其中;
4.混和西柚汁及魚膠溶液於芝士混合物中,打至滑身;
5.將忌廉打起,伴至芝士西柚汁混合物中;
6.雪3個鐘,食得
