Ingredient and Portion
全熟牛油果 1隻
檸檬 半個
芝士碎 少少 (可省略)
方包/法包/麥包 2片
Seasoning
鹽 少量
辣椒碎 少量 (可省略)
Method
1. 牛油果開邊去籽,挖晒所有肉入碗內備用
2. 半個檸檬榨汁,放入牛油果肉後試味
3. 加少量鹽調味
4. 用叉壓蓉牛油果,如鍾意有少少口感, 可以只壓成果粒
5. 將多士入多士爐或焗爐至脆身
6. 搽上牛油果醬,放上少少辣椒碎及芝士碎便完成
Tips
一定要全熟牛油果,選的時候要深啡綠色,用手輕按有少少軟身為之熟
