越南春卷感覺很清新, 又健康, 不錯~~
Ingredient and Portion
豬肉 半磅
芽菜 半磅
米粉 3個
青瓜 2小個
越南春卷皮 1包(約三十片)
香葉 1包
蝦 20隻
越南魚露 適量
Method
1. 豬肉、芽菜和米粉分別滾熟。
2. 豬肉切片。
3. 青瓜切條。
4. 預備春卷皮,將碟注滿水,把春卷皮浸入直至皮軟身。(大約40秒)
5. 把已浸軟的春卷皮放在保鮮紙上面。
6. 把所有材料放好在春卷皮上,包好即成。
Tips
1. 春卷皮不能浸太久,否則會溶化。
2. 如想把已包好的春卷留待隔晚享用,進食前要放入已有滾水的鍋內蒸2分鐘,因為雪過的春卷皮會變硬,蒸後會變回軟身。(水滾後熄火蒸,不可以過時)
