簡易又不花太多時間,只要有焗爐,40分鐘就可以輕易烤出多汁香口的迷迭香草燒春雞!

Ingredient and Portion
法國春雞 1隻 (約250g,超市就可以找到)
馬鈴薯 1-2個
翠玉瓜 1個
蒜 1個
橄欖油 1湯匙
鹽及黑胡椒 少許 (用於蔬菜調味)
Seasoning
迷迭香 1-2條
橄欖油 2湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
黑胡椒 1/2茶匙
Method
1. 馬鈴薯及翠玉瓜加入鹽及黑胡椒調味備用
2. 焗爐預熱至200度,於烤盤中鋪上一層錫紙
3. 掃上橄欖油,加入馬鈴薯及翠玉瓜
4. 迷迭香切碎,加入橄欖油、鹽及黑胡椒,用手塗遍整隻雞
5. 將雞放在蔬菜上,以200度焗30-40分鐘,直至雞皮變金黃香脆即成
Tips
1. 配料視乎個人喜好,可選用紅蘿蔔或長豆
2. 可預先將馬鈴薯及翠玉瓜煮至半熟
