速成麻辣鴨舌

這道菜平時連煎蛋都唔識嘅人都可以輕易完成,做造出呢個小食招呼客人,必然會令大家以為你係廚神,做法比想像中簡單好多,是一流的送酒美食,一食唔停得口。
Ingredient and Portion
鴨舌 1磅
Seasoning
麻辣海鮮火窩湯底醬 1包
花椒 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1湯匙
片糖 大約1湯匙
孜然 少量
Method
1. 鴨舌用鹽水汆水十分鐘。
2. 刮淨鴨舌上的白苔後洗淨。
3. 用花椒起油鑊, 麻辣醬及鴨舌同時爆香。
4. 加入生抽、老抽、片糖和水,水量只需勉強蓋過鴨舌。
5. 炆二十分鐘。
6. 洒上少許孜然粉添香。(隨喜好, 可加芹菜絲及花生碎增添香味)
Tips
爆鴨舌時小心被油彈到。
