大番茄 4個
紅米飯 1碗
粟米粒 1/2杯
磨菇片 1/2杯
蘆筍粒 1/2杯
芝士 4片
Seasoning
油 4茶匙
鹽 1/3茶匙
Method
1. 燒熱油,加入紅米飯炒至散開。
2. 加入粟米粒、磨菇片及已飛水之蘆筍粒炒勻,並加鹽調味待用。
3. 將番茄底部切平令它可以放於平面上,切開頂部並挖出茄肉,將炒飯料釀於番茄中。
4. 鋪上芝士於頂部,放於攝氏200度焗爐中焗至芝士變成焦黃色即可。
Tips
挖番茄肉時不要挖太深,以免挖穿蕃茄殼。
