金菇火腿蛋餅

雞蛋 3隻
金菇 1包
火腿 1-2片
Seasoning
鹽 適量
油 少許
Method
1.將金菇切去根部洗淨,火腿切成絲備用
2.準備大碗將雞蛋、金菇及火腿伴勻,加入少許鹽及油
3.燒熱平底鑊,加少許油,然後較中火
4.將蛋漿及材料倒入鑊,待煎至金黃色反轉煎第二面
Tips
1.金菇最好先用紙巾吸乾水份,煎時就不會出太多水
2.蛋餅大小因應自己落的蛋漿混合物而定
