金華火腿炒意大利蛋麵

意大利蛋麵 220 克
蒜茸 1 湯匙
油 2 湯匙
金華火腿 4両
娃娃菜 半棵
Seasoning
醬油 2湯匙
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 燒滾水,加鹽煮意大利蛋麵約8分鐘,撈起備用。
2. 娃娃菜洗淨對切件,金華火腿切片,滾水煮至娃娃菜軟。
3. 油放於平底鍋,炒香蒜茸,加入意大利蛋麵、醬油、胡椒粉和鹽炒至熱,上碟。
