皮蛋煲粥就試得多,呢次我都係第一次落埋咸蛋估唔到咁好味咁香喎,呢個粥夠晒料夠晒飽肚

芝麻雞 半隻(斬件)
皮蛋 2隻
咸蛋 1隻
薑絲 適量
蔥花 少許
Seasoning
醃料:
鹽 3茶匙
雞粉 2茶匙
麻油 少許
調味:
鹽 適量
胡椒粉 適量
Method
1.雞件用鹽、雞粉、麻油醃約1小時備用
2.咸蛋蒸熟切碎
3.皮蛋切片
4.半碗米加少少油o係溫水浸軟,煲滾熱水後加米大火煲,見到米粒開始化開始成粥就可以加入雞件
5.待10至15分鐘後較細火,加入皮蛋咸蛋同薑絲
6.用中火煲多約10至15分鐘,加入蔥花、鹽及胡椒粉調味
Tips
1.雞粉醃雞真係會滑d,浸米時加火少少油粥會較綿
