Method
1.將排骨加油鹽上粉醃15分鐘
2.煎封排骨兩面
3.加入薑片,紹酒、黑醋,冰糖,清水淹過肉面
4.大火炆10分鐘,後轉小火炆15分鐘
5.最後加少許鹽調味,即成
Tips
1.炆好後蓋著焗15分鐘後才食用,更加美味!
