這個菜可以作前菜或飯後品,有時一整天都很忙,沒有時間吃生果,做這個菜就可以"順口"吃吃。
夏日炎炎,這個菜有些酸酸甜甜,當中帶出香味的雞胸,大家一齊來試下啦!
Ingredient and Portion
你喜愛的生果 適量
蜜糖 少許
檸檬汁 少許
乳酪 1杯
雞胸 半磅
開心果 數粒
Seasoning
鹽 適量
黑胡椒 適量
Method
1. 把生果切粒/片,備用。
2. 把蜜糖、檸檬汁及乳酪一起拌勻做成醬汁。
3. 雞胸用鹽及黑胡椒醃兩小時,然後放入已預熱至攝氏350度的焗爐內焗25分鐘,取出切件。
4. 開心果放在密實袋內壓碎,灑上碟面即成。
Tips
乳酪可以選用希臘的,比較沒有那麼"水"。
