乾菊花 75g
水 500ml
糖 80g
魚膠粉 20g
桂花糖 1湯匙
Method
1.將菊花加熱水和桂花糖同焗30分鐘
2.另將糖和魚膠粉攪拌至均勻
3.隔走菊花,將菊花水再次煮熱(微熱就可以不用滾起)
4.將糖同魚膠粉一併放入菊花水再攪至無粒
5.放入模內雪凍
Tips
1.糖和魚膠粉必需攪拌才可以放入菊花水內, 同時亦要攪到無粒粒先叫完成.
