Method
1. 青瓜及甘荀刨成絲。
2. 青瓜絲及甘荀絲加鹽使水份流出。
3. 瀝乾水份。
4. 加鹽、黑胡椒及香草調味。
5. 加入沙律醬拌勻,然後灑上煙肉粒即成。
Tips
1. 任何可生吃之蔬菜均可用作材料。
2. 沙律醬可用沙律油或意大利醋汁代替。
3. 調味料可隨個人口味自由配搭。
