雞胸肉 - 80克
青瓜 - 80克
紅蘿蔔 - 40克
蕎麥麵條 - 120克
Seasoning
日式冷麵汁 - 250毫升
蔥粒 - 1湯匙
Method
1.以少許鹽及胡椒粉將雞胸肉調味,隔水蒸10分鐘至熟透,撕成條狀。
2.將青瓜及紅蘿蔔去皮,切絲。
3.燒大量水,將麵條拖熟,立刻用凍開水浸冷,取出上碟。
4.排上雞絲、青瓜及紅蘿蔔絲,洒上蔥粒,伴以冷麵汁。
