這個食譜真係好簡單,整完既泡芙配雪糕又得,加入忌廉/吉士醬/朱古力醬咩都得。而且用來做咸點又一樣得,大家試下係家中自製泡芙!
Ingredient and Portion
低筋麵粉 60g
牛奶 50ml
水 50ml
糖 5土
鹽 少許
牛油 40g
全蛋 2隻
杏仁碎 隨意
Method
1. 先將牛奶、水、糖、鹽及牛油放入煲中,用中火煮到滾
2. 離火即加入已篩過的麵粉
3. 用刮攪拌至混合, 再將煲放回爐中,用細火加熱,不停攪拌煮約1分鐘
4. 麵團放到另一個大盤中冷卻,再分數次加入兩隻蛋混合好
5. 麵糊完全混合放入唧袋,唧出自己喜歡既形狀
6. 加入杏仁碎在面
7. 預熱爐為200度焗10分鐘,再轉190度10分鐘,再轉180度焗15分鐘
8. 關火再焗15分鐘
Tips
1. 加入蛋液後覺得麵糊仍然硬身就要再加少許蛋液
2. 如想奶味重D可以將水換做奶亦可
