新鮮雞脾 2隻
花菇 4隻
雲耳 5件
Seasoning
豉油 1茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
麻油 少許
糖 少許
Method
1.把花菇及雲耳放入熱水中浸軟,然後切成小塊。
2.雞脾洗淨及斬件,加入豉油、麻油、胡椒粉及糖調味。
3.雞塊、花菇及雲耳同放碟上,然後燒熱水蒸15分鐘。
