Ingredient and Portion
(1人份量)
露荀 1段
野菌白菇 1包
寬條麵 3個
蒜頭 1粒
樽裝或包裝白菌磨菇汁 1份
parmesan芝士磚片 適量
Seasoning
海鹽 適量
白酒 一茶匙
Method
1.先將寬條麵在熱水煮5-6分鐘(因應每個牌子不同需要,自行試試熟透便可備用)
2.開鑊下欖橄油加入蒜頭及切段露荀和野菌白菇,再加入適量海鹽及白酒、煮約1鐘轉熟
3.將煮好的寬條麵加入樽裝白菌磨菇汁約4-5湯匙(因應個人需要)
4.上碟後加上香草碎及parmesan芝士磚片便完成
Tips
1.寬條麵勿焗太耐,免得過淋
