韓國的人參雞湯有別於中國的人參燉雞,所用的藥材不一樣,所以適合食用的季節也不同。

韓國參雞湯是在夏天食用,中國人參燉雞則是在冬天

黃芪 35g
刺五加 12g
大棗 4g
川芎 2g
桑樹枝 17g
白糯米 30g
鮮人參 1支
Method
1. 切掉雞翼、頭、脖子及屁股
2. 盡量把所以材料塞進雞身
3. 放進瓦煲裡面加水蓋過雞滾起
4. 轉慢火後再滾1.5-2小時即成
Tips
1. 如果想較健康,可去皮和多餘脂肪
2. 連皮的話,將材料加入後就在屁股左邊的皮切一個小洞,把雞腿交叉再反一反,把外面的雞腿插進剛剛切的洞裡鎖緊材料
