韓國人新年第一天會在祭祀後吃年糕湯,代表長大一歲
Ingredient and Portion
年糕片 1碗
小銀魚乾昆布高湯/牛肉湯 1L
免治牛肉 1/4碗
鷄蛋 1隻
大葱 15cm
紫菜/紫菜粉 少許
Seasoning
醬油 1茶匙
蒜蓉 半茶匙
麻油 半茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 把年糕泡在水裏面30分鐘
2. 把鷄蛋分開蛋白後蛋黃,各自拌勻後煎成薄片
3. 把蛋餅切絲備用
4. 大蔥斜切備用
5. 在鍋裏爆香大葱下牛肉炒熟後撈起牛肉(把肉汁留在鍋裏)
6. 下高湯,水滾後加入年糕煮熟,加鹽調味
7. 在碗裏放年糕湯,再放蛋白蛋黃絲和牛肉,最後撒上蔥花紫菜芝麻即成
