Ingredient and Portion
芒果啫喱粉 1盒
滾水 250ml
淡忌廉 200ml
Method
1. 將熱水加入啫喱粉後攪溶,放涼備用
2. 將淡忌廉打至起泡,不須打至企身。大約打至五成就可以
3. 加入啫喱水攪勻,落杯
4. 放份雪櫃大約2-3小時
Tips
1. 如想更好味,可將水份改用新鮮生果搾汁,份量同水一樣。不過鮮果汁不需全部整熱。可隔熱水坐溶。
