省錢省資源, 一汁兩味夠環保. 三年前我在餐廳工作, 日日食香茅豬扒, 念念不忘. 早午晚都可以當飯食, 有營養.

超級市場新鮮盒裝豬扒 ($14.5三塊)
漢堡包 一袋四個
香茅醬一包(半包可以醃三塊豬扒,今次我連10隻雞翼一齊醃才用一包)
Method
1.清洗豬扒.
2.戴膠手套/用保鮮袋包著手, 把香茅醬撈勻豬扒, 然後放入雪櫃醃足最少三小時.
Tips
1. 用炒鑊不要用煎pan, 因煎pan煎完後不能用鋼絲刷清洗, 易刮花, 用炒鑊則事後可用鋼絲刷大力刷
2. 煎豬扒自行因應, 大約三分鐘反轉一次, 切勿一面煎太久, 因會燒焦. 豬扖不厚, 會快熟.
3.煎之前把豬扖用鑊鏟刴一刴, 以令肉質鬆化 (用鑊鏟方便過用刀背, 不用洗刀).
4.多些油避免貼底, 先開中火把油滾起, 再轉細火, 把豬扒煎大約十分鐘至金黃.
